Shipping policy

**Digital downloads**

Printable activity books are delivered instantly. After checkout you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

**Shirts, stickers and printed items**

Printed items are made to order by our print partner. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then the order ships. Delivery in the United States usually takes 3 to 8 business days after shipping. International orders can take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

**Address problems and lost packages**

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping. If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your package is lost, contact us and we'll help.
