**Digital downloads (printable activity books)**

Because printable books are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and we can't offer returns or refunds once a file has been downloaded. If your file won't open, is missing pages or didn't arrive, email us and we'll make it right by sending a fresh copy or, if we can't fix it, a full refund.

**Shirts, stickers and other printed items**

Every shirt and sticker is printed just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or the wrong item arrives, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

**Refunds**

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
